HOTEL
Comfortable rooms with services, shower, telephone, room safe, air condition* and balcony to the lake. Free use of the 2 swimming pools (10m x 5m / 25m x 10m), kids pool, whirlpool, private beach, deck chairs and private parking. In case of early departure the invoice will be calculated for the remaining days booked.

APARTMENTS
The prices include: apartment lease with cleaning on request, bed linen (1 in the week) stove-angle, separate bedroom, room safe, satellite television, telephone, private parking., extra bed linen Euro 5,00 per person, towels upon request Euro 5,00 per person. SUPERIOR APARTMENT with lift and motorized awnings on the balkony.

Free use of two swimming pools, umbrellas and sun loungers
Two outdoor swimming pools of 10 m x 5 m and 25 m x 10 m, a children's pool and a whirlpool.
Umbrellas and sun loungers are included in the price and are available on our private beach and at our two swimming pools. They cannot be reserved and it is not possible to occupy them even in the absence of the guest by covering the lounger with a towel.
Swimming in our swimming pools and on our private beach is only permitted in clothing that is appropriate for bathing and that meets the requirements of decency. This includes swimming trunks and swimsuits that end above the knee, bikinis and sleeveless tops. Wearing underwear under bathing clothing is prohibited for hygiene reasons. Hijabs/burkinis are not permitted.

RESTAURANT
During your stay we provide a varied menu in our restaurant with the following options:

  • Breakfast for EUR 15 per person / day (from 7:45 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.)
  • Menu à la carte in our restaurant, in the dining room, on the terrace or directly on the beach in our Dock & Dine, open every day for lunch and dinner.

Departure cleaning:

  • Small flats (from 40 to 50 m²) € 50,-
  • Big flats (from 70 m² and over) € 70,-

Bail oblige of € 80,- per apartment.
In the apartments are stranger persons forbidden.

BUNGALOWS
The price include: one week in apartment lease with cleaning on request, without stove-angle, fridge, terrace table with chairs, warm water, current, TV, Safe, deck chairs and sun umbrella, private parking, bed linen (1 in the week), extra bed linen Euro 5,00 per person, towels upon request Euro 5,00 per person. Free use of two swimming pools (10m x 5m / 25m x 10m), kids pool and the whirlpool.

Check-in and -out times

  • Check-in from 4:00 p.m. to 7.00 p.m. for apartments and bungalows
  • Check-in from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. for the hotel rooms.

For tax, safety and liability reasons, stays will not be accepted if the number of people booked does not match the number of people present at check-in.

On the day of departure (check-out), the accommodation is to vacate by 10:00 a.m.

If you want to check in earlier or check out later (late check-out), please let our reception know in good time!

ELEVATOR
We would like to draw your attention to the fact that the elevator is only available in the main building (where the garage parking spaces are) of the residential complex and serves apartments S1, S2 and S3. Unfortunately there is no elevator in the hotel area or in the hotel rooms on the lakeshore.

Unfortunately not barrier-free
The special geomorphological features that characterize the hilly Monte Baldo Mountains and in particular our residence complex severely limit the use of disabled guests - especially wheelchair users.
In all our pictures and descriptions it is clear that our complex has developed with the various structures on rock steps connected by slopes (up to 20%!), rock steps and irregular stone walkways.
Guests who only have limited mobility and want to take a small detour here and there can certainly make arrangements with us. Talk to us when booking - we'll be happy to work with you to see what's possible!

OTHER SERVICES
At the beach in front of the hotel you can find our Kitesurf, Windsurf, Sailing/Catamaran-school and rent "Beekite" motorboat-rent.
From our house you can start organized trips around the lake, in the mountains and to historical cities.
For guests, having their own motorboat , we are able to offer bojes and trailer parking. At the beach (garage) there is the possibility to deposit Surf-Staff, bikes or small boats.
Beach jokes as banana boat ride, water ski and wake board.
Our garage stands for motorcycle travellers and sporty guests to free of charge parks the own motorcycles and bicycles/Mountainbikes for order.
The direction demand the arrival and the departure by Saturday.
For booking the Arena Verona Opera, excursions and sightseeing trips can the direction you assist.
Kids bed € 8,- per day.
All water sports are possible (with reservation): water ski, diving with guide, wake board.
Bike rental, city bike, MTB, E-MTB. In addition, exclusive guided tours with E-MTB on the most beautiful trails of Mount Baldo.
Tennis court cost € 10,- per hour. Tennis rackets and balls are free available.
Private buoy: € 15,00 per day.
Garage € 5,- per day.
The departure (rooms and apartments) please by time 10:00 a.m.
In high season, the keys (rooms and apartments) are available from time 16:00 p.m.

RULES FOR ACCEPTANCE OF OUR 4-LEGGED FRIENDS
The pets are welcome in our resort.
Our hotel has always been adopting pets (dogs and cats) but, in respect of other holidaymakers and house guests, as well as for ensuring general sanitary requirements, pet owners must adhere to the following regulation:

  • In our hotel pets are allowed, always after notification.
  • The costs for the stay of the animal are 15,00 EURO per night; also due to the more thorough cleaning of the room, which must be done with special cleaners and disinfectants, compared to the standard ones.
  • Small and medium sized dogs are allowed, but may not exceed 12-15 kg.
  • In the public areas of the hotel, animals must be kept on a leash or in a cage.
  • Dogs are not allowed in the pool area and in the restaurant; they can be on the terrace restaurant and on the beach, but always on a leash.
  • In each room a maximum of one animal may live.
  • Each guest must be adequately equipped for the welfare of their own pet, including their own travel kennel and transport box for car or boat.
  • It is absolutely forbidden to let the animal on the beds, armchairs, chairs, tables, etc. rise.
  • The animals should never be left unattended in the rooms.
  • The pet must be well behaved and respect certain rules of life. If a pet causes too much clutter and damage, the owner may be charged for the respective costs.
  • The barking of dogs or the mewing of cats can disturb other guests; We ask you to take care to prevent it as possible.
  • For safety and comfort of your pet, the room will not be cleaned if your pet is left unattended in the room. If you stand in your room while the maid is present, your pet must be on a leash or in a cage. Please, always inform the maid about your desired time period in which your room can be cleaned.
  • Pet owners always take full responsibility for any damage caused by their own pets.

The privacy and security of our guests is important to us
Strangers who are not staying at Taki Village are not allowed to access the services and facilities of our resort, such as swimming pools, tennis court, garage, storage rooms and bike corners, for numerous regulatory and security reasons, related to the privacy of our guests and our responsibility with regard to all the activities that may take place in our resort.

Flying drones and similar aircraft of any kind is not permitted in our resort for insurance and safety reasons as well as for obvious reasons of privacy, data protection and out of respect for all our guests.
The use of these remote-controlled aircraft is subject to our approval, which we only grant for special operations and at specified times and flight routes.

DAMAGES & Liability of the customer/organiser
The guest/organizer is liable for all damage to buildings or fixtures on the entire resort grounds caused by himself, by participants or visitors of his group/event, his guests or other third parties.
Taki Village Resort can require the customer and guests to provide appropriate security (e.g. insurance, deposits, guarantees).

Lost and Found
Any items left intentionally or accidentally by guests in our properties will be bagged and taken to the on-site Lost and Found office at reception. Guests must collect their forgotten items themselves or arrange for them to be collected at their own expense and inform us in advance of the method they wish to use to collect them.

TOURIST MEDICAL ASSISTANCE
From June 16th to September 25th is available a Medical Assistance for Tourists.
The cost of the Medical Assistance is provided to tourists at thier own expenses. The doctor called for the service will give an official receipt for the payment. Refound of the expensens is done according to the procedures specified by each Region.
